His 31st Birthday

I think I'm getting better at planning surprises, especially for SirHubby. Considering my track record of failed attempts, I'd say this time... I nailed it! hehe

So, he's been asking me to accompany him to 'uptown' to find new sunnies for quite some time. But due to time constraint, we couldn't be able to go and he has to still wearing his 'pasar malam' one. 

And that's how the idea of 'what-to-buy-for-his-birthday' came out. 

I wanted to buy it online (hoping that I would get a better price) but considering the risk of its condition and quality, I've changed my mind. 

I knew that my husband loves Oakley but never knew that they have so many types of it - Frogskins the only type I know (noob!) hahaha

Bought it a month before his birthday and the safest place that I could think to keep it, was in my handbag. Alhamdulillah, selamat dan tak kantoi selama sebulan dalam handbag tu. Tehee!

What usually ruins my surprises, classically, is the birthday cake.

So, this time I decided to give the birthday cake during our short vacation - it's a weekend getaway that doubled as his birthday treat. 

I made a special request when booking the hotel online and I also called the hotel a day before our arrival to make sure they were aware and had prepared everything I requested. 

However, when I checked with the front desk while check-in, they said they were not informed about it. sigh. 

But thank God they were kind enough to prepare it in the very last minute. 

Alhamdulillah, all's well that ends well.

Eris has turned 1 year old and 2 months already. 

We, tbt, have delayed her birthday celebration a month late. :D :D :D

But, I hope the theme of 'little angel' is worth the wait because she absolutely looks admiringly cute that I will never forget in my entire life! Oh, baby... how time flies..

Happy Quarter of a Century!!

On last May 3, I had turned 25. Wow, can u believe that it's quarter of a century? Though the numbers do scare me a bit but am utterly, utterly delighted! It has been a quarter-century milestone dat I've gained lots of experiences and lessons in every obstacles and (mini) tribulations of life. We learn every day aite? So, we should be happy and proud of ourselves that we grow up through out the years. Birthday is always my favorite, with surprises, cakes, candles, well wishes and presents.. owh, am blessed! 

And am so overwhelmed with all the wishes given by everybody regardless the medium; Facebook, Twitter, text messaging, phone calls, email, etc. Thank you so much for made my day. You guys are AWESOME! 

Since Abang will be leaving a day before my birthday so, we had pre-celebration which are; the Mangrove Tour and Movie Outing that I had blogged earlier. I thought there will be no present from Abang this year cos I didn't see Abang brought anything from KL dat looks like a present. Or perhaps, I overlooked. 

But am totally wrong when Abang left a present before he went back to KL. A big-huge-box! Am so shocked to look at the box cos I was expecting a perfume in a small-perfect-wrap as always . p/s: it has been perfume for 2 years in a row. lolol 

Everyone is making a guess what was in the box. Mama said; set of dishes, Adik said; set of camera and I have no guess at all. ngeee~

And guess what??!!

Neway, someone has questioned the authenticity of this handbag in my Facebook right after I posted the picture. I dunno how to react though. Nak gelak guling-guling pun ada. Nak marah pun ada. Don't get me wrong. I'm not mad cos I've been affected. But am mad cos I dun wanna Abang get hurt because of that kind of stupid question. It's a birthday gift, HELLO?? Is anyone will question the originality/quality of the present if someone gives for your birthday? Really? What kind of attitude is that? Rude. Yes, RUDE. Tak tahu la pulak if mmg ada orang mcm tue kan. Kalau ada, I feel sorry for them. Kesian sebab tak cukup didikan. 

Tak kira hadiah tu mahal, murah, kecik atau besar, I always appreciate them. You can see in ma bedroom that I still keep every single little things given from people. Walaupun benda tue cuma the ordinary candles, frames or even a simple birthday card. I still keeping them. 

And Abang always gives me hadiah since I was 5. You know masa zaman sekolah rendah dulu ada gerai - we called it 'kedai tikam' where we can get mainan bila bayar 10sen / 20sen. So, whenever Abang dpt cincin mainan, gelang tgn mainan, gula-gula, Abang mesti bawa blk gave them to me. And I'll be the most happier little girl bila Abang blk sekolah. Sebab boleh dpt hadiah. teheeee~ =DD

To my handsome Abang, thanks for the gift. I was stunned! You should have seen my face. The gorgeous Guess handbag was a welcome surprise! I really appreciate it. In sya Allah, if rezeki Akak murah tahun depan, Akak kasi hadiah paling masyuk kt Abang ea. (^_^)v Love you big bro! *hugs*

Fave May

May has always be my fave Month since forever. And why May is so special to me? It's because in May we got Labor Day, we also have Mother's Day n to make it sounds perfect we got lots of great movies in May. teheheee~ =DD And yeah, not to forget.. my birthday is also in May!! Don't you think all the great movies in May are some sort of celebrating my birthday?? lolol *ogey. perasan.

Frankly speaking, I don't expect much for my birthday diz year cos am in chaotic phase ever. I got interview a day after my birthday. The next day I need to do a presentation regarding my internship. Of course few days before, I was busy worked on the report, slides and preparation for d interview blablablabla. It's damn chaos am telling you. So, my plan is just to stay at home complete my report and slides for the presentation during my birthday. *loser*

Surprisingly, I got a call asked me to go out. Apparently, someone wants to celebrate my birthday. How will I say no to someone who insisted to celebrate my birthday?? Cannot kan? Well, I'm a birthday gal.. Apa kes nak duduk dlm bilik buat report sambil mkn meggi. derrrr~ So, yeah, I went out and celebrate it. Then when I got home, served me rite man! I still need to face d reality. Gotta complete d report and slides Goddammit! >.<

However, to be a birthday girl is always a blessing kan? I can't believe that the interview went great and the presentation had done perfectly! *tibatibarasakagumngandirisendiri* hee~ =DD My birthday is still great though we didn't captured any pictures to feature here. But they’re all saved in my memory. Mama came to my place and spent a quality time together. Though it wasn't dat long, but I'm so happy to have her during my birthday. I also lepak with my bestie where she covered all the treats. Pizza is definitely a menu-wajib-beliau-belanja. hahaha. It makes me missing the good old days dat we used to have somehow. =\ Dan tak lupa jugak, masa-masa yg diluangkan bersama jejaka-jejaka pilihan. lalala~ =p

This time it's Couture by Juicy Couture. I love it!!

Mama as always knows exactly my needs. She gave me a GPS for my birthday gift. Cool tak mama saya? haha.. I'm so thankful dat finally I have a GPS and it has become my second nyawa after cellphone sekarang. Seriously, life without GPS is like living with half a brain.. lol Thanks Mama!! It helps me a lot and yeah, I love you so MUCH!! ♥ ♥ ♥

While the iPod is a gift from a friend. (^____________^) Like "hey... u read my mind!" I da mmg lama nk beli iPod tp selalu duit burnt ngan shopping. Faham kan priority perempuan ni always shopping baju, kasut, handbag, etc. So the iPod stayed just a dream. Bila dpt d iPod, I was like, "howyeaaaaah howyeaaaaah howyeaaaaah~!!" *sambilmenarichickydance* =DD

Well actually, I also got a cupcake for my birthday gift surprise. (sorry, there's no picture cos da selamat dihadamkan. hee~ =DD) And poor him much that his surprise didn't work out when I'm unintentionally didn't show up at my door house. Sape suh nak buat surprise tak cakap kan? haha.. He did call me few times, but I was in the line with Mama. Without checked the incoming call, I simply ignored the phone calls and text message. After an hour I believe, baru I checked my phone. N yeah, surely die da blk and left d cupcake in front of my door house. I feel so sorry and guilty 'till today ogey. tsk. But anyway, thanks a lot my dear. Just wanna let u know.. I do appreciate all d surprises you'd gave to me. Really.

Besides all the presents, surprises, etc. I also watched few great movies in order to complete the birthday girl celebration. hee~ =))

FAST 5!!!

Totally AWESOME! I love the part when The Rock is fighting with Van Diesel. You know how it feels when two hot guys fighting kan. Damn, they are so hot!!  And I am fallin in love with Paul Walker too! He's cute owh.. =DD This time they are more to action as compared to race. But still, they are FAST man!!! Anyway, I need to thank Azizi to bring me watched this movie. Thanks Azizi.. *wink*
