Towards the Plan

We meet again, December. Yeaaaaaay!

December always sounds interesting kan? =D Anyway, I'm so thanking The Lord for all happiness and blessings that keep me through the year. I can't express in words all of the things I'm thankful for. This month, there shall be an even better one right around the corner. I just can't wait! =)

I believe my close friends and relatives are well informed about the 'plan' that we have made. And that's what actually family and I are working on; doing some home renovations. It's an old house that Abah bought it somewhere in 1980s. In view of the fact that Abah has to transfer and stay in Langkawi, he rent out the house.

Since Abah is now about to retire and planning to settle down in Alor Star soon, my parents make home improvement. This project has started since 2 months ago (approximately) and it's 80% complete!

The project of home improvement includes;
  1. Ceiling replacement
  2. Repairing plumbing and electrical systems
  3. Extending house with living room and bath room
  4. Doors, windows and lighting replacement
  5. Install floor tile

(Large frame) First hall that has been extended and new windows replaced.
(Vertical frame) Second living room and new ceiling replaced.
(Small frame) Repairing electrical systems.
Taken during Raya Haji.
Disarranged second living room with new lighting

Basically bedrooms are all okay and living rooms (first and second) are so perfect! We're now waiting for the kitchen and bathrooms to be done.

Kitchen part; our designer promise will be ready to install the cabinet in two weeks. I hope they will keep their promise as we're running out of time. While bathrooms are almost done with doors, walls, ceiling, simple repairs and touch-ups (including painting).

Pray to God that they will complete and finish it at the very least, a week before the date of the 'plan'. Because we still have lots of boxes to be unpacked and organized them. Truth be told, I can't afford to get things done at the last minute cos I have a lot on my plate currently. *fingers crossed*
